Great customer experience. Dale helped us look at the alternatives. He drove the car back to our home (we weren't trading in our other car) even tho it meant that he would get off work well after the dea alternatives. Dale Smith was up front and 100% honest with us the whole time. I found myself in need of a newer truck, as my beloved I found myself in need of a newer truck, as my beloved Bronco rolled its last mile. I spent approximately two weeks searching every conceivable I found myself in need of a newer truck, as my beloved Bronco rolled its last mile. I spent approximately two weeks searching every conceivable website, database and research site for the perfect truck in line with my needs. I found a small sampling of suitable trucks and began to compare prices and options. Finally, I found a newer Chevy Silverado at Bill Bryan Kia. I believe I first saw the truck on Auto Trader. The listed price was within an acceptable range as compared to other similar vehicles. However, I am not one to pay sticker price and believed I could definitely get the truck for at least $1000 less and at best $1500 less. Keep in mind the listed Auto Trader price was very fair and less than any other similar vehicles. I visited the dealership website to seek additional information on the truck. To my surprise, the truck was listed for $2000 less than the Auto Trader price. This newly lowered price was more than fair and I jumped on it. I called the Bill Bryan dealership immediately. After a brief period of attempting to find the right dealer lot, I was connected to a sales representative (Vince). I called right as the dealership was closing and was curious if the truck was still available. I was fairly certain it was gone at this price. To my surprise, the truck was still available. I obtained additional information on the truck and made arrangements to drive it first thing the next day. I could not follow through with the appointment. I called Bill Bryan Kia the next day and placed a deposit on the truck to hold it. I set another appointment to meet with Alex two days later. I called the dealership several times over the next two days before my visit. In these calls, I made several very specific requests that were immediately handled and the information provided. I wanted to know exact numbers to avoid any sudden surprises during my visit; the numbers were provided. I provided an on-line finance application and received an approval immediately. I arrived to test drive the vehicle and Alex met me as I exited my car. We spoke very briefly and I moved to inspect the truck. After approximately ten minutes, Alex provided me with the keys and allowed my wife and I to take the truck for a spin…alone! We returned after a reasonable drive and found the truck to exceed my expectations, especially for the listed price. The truck was two years old and looked absolutely new. The factory warranty still had plenty of coverage. There was not a single stain inside the vehicle nor odor. The bed of the truck barley had a scratch. Under the hood I could not find a single oil spot and the hood pad looked factory new. I asked Alex to show me the numbers, hoping there was no new mysterious mathematical additions beyond what I received two days earlier. To my extreme surprise, the final price was not a penny more than I was quoted on the phone. Next, we moved into the finance office where we met Mike. He delivered the normal sales pitches expected in the finance room. When he saw we were not interested in any additional products, he seamlessly moved into the paperwork without any additional sales pressure. The finance rate was outstanding by the way and several points lower than I expected! This review has been entered approximately six weeks after my purchase. I wanted to wait a reasonable period of time just to make sure there were no hidden gremlins. Six weeks later, I am happy to post this review without hesitation. Thanks for a great buying experience. John was extremely pleasant and helpful, I explained that I was looking for a dependable used car, that I had not planned on purchasing a car at this time but the situation required it, He was able to find me a gorgeous, silver 2010 Sonata with grey interior in beautiful condition. Randy was able to get me in it with 0 down with my trade in. I have to say this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had and would recommend Bill Bryan KIA and their staff to everyone looking to purchase a new or used car.
