I am really happy with my vehicle and the service I got at Bill Bryan. Tim did a wonderful job with customer service and has still kept in touch with me after the purchase of my car. All of the empoylees were nice and accomodating. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a Kia. Also, Donny helped with explaining all the details and working out the logistics before hand and caught Tim up on "my plan." Donny was very helpful, which drew me to Bill Bryan in the first place. He took his time with me, taking me to your spare lot so I could see all the colors that were available. He even put them side by side so I could see how the different colors looked! When I got to the car lot, I was greeted by very friendly employees. Not pushy or demanding, but genuine friendly. I drove a couple of Kia Souls and really liked the responsiveness of them. My family and I will be taking a trip up North and I feel confident about taking this vehicle. Yes I purchased it and I must say, if you buy a Kia from Bill Bryan in Leesburg, you MUST talk with Serhan Alkan. He's one heck of a salesman/good guy all around. Our sales We purchased our 2015 Sorento from Bill Bryan Kia, and have rarely been made to feel more welcome or better attended, when buying a vehicle. Our salesman Bruce was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He didn't make the "stroll of inquiry" to the management desk any more than necessary, although the process of negotiation is always tedious at best. Additionally, Bruce seemed to be committed to our satisfaction with the deal. Our finance-lady (can't recall her name) was businesslike and actually listened to us. How refreshing! The young lady who was our service writer and Jesse, who handled the tint work for the two front windows of our new SUV, were both terrific. Also, we were also pleasantly surprised to be invited to dinner, and enjoyed our BBQ, which was accompanied by no pitch of any kind! How odd! We will be back to Bryan for our service, and should anyone ever ask, we'll have no problem recommending the Bryan dealerships for the best customer service available. More

My wife and I were first app My experience with Bill Bryan Kia was nothing short of amazing. And I must take special note of the sales rep Tim Lile. My wife and I were first approached by Tim when we went to the Bill Bryan Kia dealership on US 441 and from that point on we were treated like family. Tim is one of the friendliest and most congenial persons we have ever met. A true credit to Bill Bryan Kia We were given all the accommodations of the facility, including eat, drink and all the other comforts of a home and this was prior to any discussion regarding a car purchase. Once we did start discussing a car we were interested in, I never once felt pressured by Tim. We were treated kindly and fairly were given every option to consider and it was "we" who decided on the car to buy and not Tim trying to steer us toward a car. Once we chose the car we wanted and settled on the price the wife and I had a slight dilemma... returning our rental car to Enterprise Car Rental. Tim quickly resolved this by returning the car for us, saving us a full days rental fee. In addition, to accomodate us even further, Tim supplied us with a loaner car from Kia to get us home until the car we purchased was ready for pickup the following day, which by the way was delivered as promised. The next day, when we did pick up our new car, Tim must have spent an hour explaining all the features our new car has and answered every question we had to our complete satisfaction. My wife and I have purchased many new cars over the years when we lived in NY but this experience has been the very best by far, dealing with Tim Lile and Bill Bryan Kia. In us they have a customer for life and we will definitely be back to make future car purchases from Tim and Bill Bryan Kia. If this writing makes it to 'Bill Bryan Kia' and Tim's eyes, we wish to thank them for all their professionalism and kindness. Knocked my socks off with Price I went to the dealership because I was not familiar with Kia vehicles and wanted to check them out. After telling Dale what I was interested in, he began to show me vehicles that met my needs. Keep in mind I did not go there to purchase at that time, just to look. He showed me and we test drove a Kia Forte, I was really impressed with the ride and the features of this car. I am in the process of purchasing a home and my budget was very tight and thought that I could not afford to purchase a new car at this time. Well, we worked up the numbers and yes, it was out of reach for me and I thanked Dale for his time and was ready to leave, when discussing what I could afford, I said there is no way the dealership would accept what I could afford, and I didn't even want to tell them exactly how much I can spend on the out the door price, because I felt embarrassed. But, Dale spoke to the Manager Steve, (another great guy) and to my surprise, they accepted what I could afford. I was floored, I never imagined they would lower the price to meet my needs, but thank God, they were so accommodating and understanding that they bent over backwards for me. I was able to leave there in my brand new car. I highly recommend Bill Bryan Kia they are the greatest people to work with, and the Warranties on these vehicles are exceptional. Go see and find out for yourself, I will not go anywhere else on my next purchases, and I am telling everyone about my experience so they can have piece of mind when buying their next vehicle. I give Bill Bryan Kia and my salesman Dale Smith 5 Stars, for exceptional customer relations and all out accommodations. Bob More
