We have purchased vehicles and had service work performed by Bill Bryan KIA in Leesburg, Florida as well as our Chrysler Van serviced at Bill Bryan Chrysler in Fruitland Park, Florida. The Bill Bryan dealerships have always been helpful, informative, and performed what ever needed to be done to our vehicles. Bill Bryan dealerships also have nice clean waiting areas with beverages, snacks/food, TV, and reading material. Truth be told, we wouldn't have purchased a car so soon as we were just looking and stopped by the dealership on a whim while on our way back out of town. He made us feel welcome and gained our trust quickly. He presented several cars that met our needs explaining the features of each. It was easy to select the best one for us. The whole staff from Humberto (manager) to the car detail person stayed until after 10:00 on Friday night to process our trade in, prepare our Sorento, and complete the financing paperwork. Definitely better than the rest I had been looking for a used car for a couple months, specifically a Toyota Avalon. Having been my first time buying a car, I was in for a rude awake I had been looking for a used car for a couple months, specifically a Toyota Avalon. Having been my first time buying a car, I was in for a rude awakening for what a bunch of sleazy crooks cars salesmen are. They get used cars, pretty much just shine them up, then lie and tell you the thing was properly serviced. I've looked at cars and all the fluids were dark, the engine light was on, or (my personal favorite) they would find every excuse to make me wait. Go to DeLuca in Ocala if you want to be made to wait 2 hours and told to come back over and over because of some stupid lie of an excuse. That being said. Bill Bryan Kia still sells cars, and is still in it to make money, but AT LEAST they were courteous, they wasted very little of my time, and the car I wound up buying actually had the fluids changed. And they ACTUALLY negotiated, which is something you will never find at a Toyota Dealership. In a perfect world, I wouldn't rate them at 5 stars (probably 3), but considering the state of dealership bureaucracy in the US and how crappy most dealerships are, Bill Bryan was comparatively PHENOMENAL. Daniel McTague was my sales rep. You can tell he's a little new to the industry (which is probably why I got good service. The industry corrupts people). He was courteous, and for the most part professional (he's young). He didn't leave anything out, was competent, and didn't try to force anything on me. I definitely suggest him. So overall: - Best service I found - Best maintenance of the car I found - Best price for the quality of car I found (my car was flawless). More

Mind blown by how horrible we were treated!!!!!!! I spend 3 days and several hours of my life at this place just to be jerked around! The experience started off okay, I had been doing a lot of researc I spend 3 days and several hours of my life at this place just to be jerked around! The experience started off okay, I had been doing a lot of research online and knew everything we wanted. We came to look at one car decided we didn't like the car and had the sales person show us around. He showed us a car he thought we would like which was very nice. We were very up front with your budget, what we owed and that we didn't want to put anything down. He showed us a car that was just traded in and hadn't even been serviced or detailed yet. We decided we wanted to sleep on it and left for the night, The next day I called and spoke with the same sales person, we told him we wanted to see the that car that hadn't been detailed yet and would be in to looked at it. When we came in and were ready to buy, keep in mind the sales person and manager quoted us a price and knew we were coming in, the dealership was busy. We waited for an hour to see some one else drive off in the car we were looking at. There excuse was someone bought it that morning, then why wasn't I told when I said I was coming to buy the car. We walked around the dealership some more still waiting for the sales person for the manager to come out and basically say they were too busy and to come back tomorrow, because they had another car that was out on loan with all the features we wanted and in our budget. The next morning rolls around and I found another car on the website I liked and was okay spending a little more on, I called at 9:15am, sales person with someone left a message. I called several times through out the day never being able to get a hold of the sales person, twice speaking to the sales manager, Telling him what I found and will be in later to look at it and this of car they were promising. When we got to the dealership the sales person was free and we sat down and started talking about numbers. Again we were very up front with budget what we owed and no down payment. The car they promised would be there wasn't there yet and after 20 minutes of looking they pull it around and it has none of the features we were looking for, So we ask about the car we called about, which turned out to be at another Bill Bryan down the road. They said they would get the car and bring it over but kept trying to push us into another car they had on the lot. After even taking said car for a test drive and asking several times to see the other car our sales person hands us off to someone else because he "cant take us to see it." This sales person was nice drove us over to the other lot let us drive both cars and compare. Upon deciding to go with the car at the other lot we drove it back over to the Kia dealer to work on numbers, After sitting for quite a while the sales manger come over to us and says we will not sell you the car you want cause the other dealership took it in for more then they were selling it for. My wife and I talked for a while and decided to go for the car they had been trying to pushing us into. It had the features we wanted, and the sales manager over the course of several days had PROMISED to do whatever it takes to get us in a car " i will take the profit out of the car for you" one of the many promises that never came true. We sit down and fill out the paper work and they go to see what they "can do" on the car. They come back trying to get my to buy the car at $6000 more then the list price AND THAT IS NOT INCLUDING TAX TITLE AND FEES. I asked what the deal is and was fed a BS story about how they didn't know. Again after waiting for a while and us telling your story to the new sales person what had happened and when she confronted the first sales person and the sales manager they both lied and said we never told them anything! Then while waiting for them, another client came over and started talking to us saying he was going through the same stuff, like they don't want to sell us a car. I have good credit so that wasn't the problem they just didn't want to sell me a car. BOTTOM LINE WE WERE LIED TO SEVERAL TIMES, MADE MANY PROMISES THAT DIDN'T COME TRUE TRIED TO GET US TO PAY MORE FOR SOMETHING WITH WHAT STICKERED AT AND REFUSED TO SELL US A CAR DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! 2000 VW Beetle GLS Purchase I saw an advertisement for a used 2000 VW Beetle on Auto Trader.com. It caught my attention because of the low milage for that particular year, which I saw an advertisement for a used 2000 VW Beetle on Auto Trader.com. It caught my attention because of the low milage for that particular year, which was 42K. I flew in from California to look at it. When I arrived I was introduced to Dorothy Anglin, who ironically was familiar with the car because she was the person that sold the previous owner of the VW Beetle, her new Kia Soul. Dorothy had a hard time locating the car, and when she finally did, she informed me that she really didn't want to show it, because it wasn't quite ready to be presented to a buyer. I was initially irritated understandably. Dorothy introduced me to Gerald Izzo, who apologized for the inconvenience and offered to fill up my rental car with gas. He was very kind and professional always. After calming me down, Gerald offered me to have a look at the car anyway and told me that maybe we could work something out. I initially declined, but again after Gerald and Dorothy were being so apologetic and accommodating, I decided to take a look anyway. The outside of the car was clean, but the inside was not, but Dorothy and I took it for a test drive and it drove and handled very well. Dorothy took me inside to talk to Mr Izzo. Gerald said he would be willing to work something out. I told him I would be back the next day to take a look at it if they cleaned it up. Gerald also offered to reduce the internet price to make up for the initial inconvenience. I came back the next day. The car had been detailed and even had four new tires. It didn't even look like the same car! Since I had driven it the previous day and it functioned outstanding for a 14 year old vehicle, we settled on a price for the car and I purchased it that day. Gerald and Dorothy were very accommodating and very easy to deal with. Eddie in Financing was professional and expeditious. The entire transaction only took a couple hours and I was driving away very satisfied in my new used 2000 VW Beetle GLS. Thank you so much for your professional staff. It was actually a pleasure in spite of the initial confusion when i arrived. I would definitely recommend Bill Bryan Kia to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle in the future.
