Salesperson that knows his job. I fell in love with the way it drives and ride.I wasn't in the mood for purchasing another vehicle,but the more I talked to my salesperson the more he convinced me into a trade in. He was very sincere about what he was doing,and he went out of his way to get me the deal I wanted, and I fell comfortable with it.The administrator was awesome,he put the finishing touch on the deal, and made it even better.By the way, this took place on July 14,2015. Best Customer Service Experiance, Easy, Relaxed Purchase ! I went into the dealership knowing what I wanted as far as a 2016 KIA Sorento SXL. My main concern was having to go through the ritual bartering that I went into the dealership knowing what I wanted as far as a 2016 KIA Sorento SXL. My main concern was having to go through the ritual bartering that I have experienced in the past with other dealerships. I was ready for it. I walked in, went directly to the floor model of the 2016 KIA Sorento SXL, went over it from bumper to bumper. I then went to the front desk and asked if there was a person I could ask questions to... 5 seconds later enter Tim Lile. Tim listened as I explained what I wanted and what I was ready to sign on. After a very short period, it was a done deal. NOT an exaggeration it was that easy. Never did I feel pressure or the standard line " what's it going to take to put you in this unit today", because Tim listened to me. I got the Sorento I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. This is my 4th KIA auto that I have purchased, and have never been so relaxed and stress free as I was yesterday. Tim is very professional and personal, he actually enjoys his job and is proud to work for KIA. He even took us over to meet the service center employees, review all the accessories in the Sorento and wanted to ensure we had all of our questions answered. I have not ever filled out a survey when I have purchased an auto before, but Tim Lile earned our business and respect. I will recommend Tim Lile and Bill Bryan KIA to all that are looking for a fair deal and excellent customer service. Thanks Tim. More

I expressed interest in a car and don't have best credit so I didn't want to drive all way to Leesburg from Orlando only to get turn down. Marah Rhone emailed me a credit app and assured me once I filled it out the staff would work on it for my approval. The very day I was contacted by Bruce. He took over from there and I was very empressed. He got me approved on the vehicle I wanted. No hussle not a lot questions. Drove down next day was greeted by Bruce outside and he made it smooth sailing from there. He had all paper work prepared for me. Bruce went over everything with me. Answered all my questions. I was never rushed and was always in the loop of what the process was. Within the hour I had the car. Within an hour WOW. Great service. Thank you bill Bryan Kia and Bruce More

It was as if I was buying the most expensive car on the lot. I actually felt spoiled. There was not a moment that someone was not following through with me and that includes when I made the first phone contact with Randy. He even had someone call me back a couple of times while he was finishing up another client to let me know what was going on and to reassure me it was doable. When I got to the dealership it was wonderful. Randy was so thorough and patient with all my questions, had some cars ready for me to look at and Zach was the sales man. Zach took his time, explained everything about the Kia Soul, and other cars but I went with the Soul. Zach then stayed with me showed me the lounge area and that is something I have never seen in a dealership. Soda, hot dogs, cookies , pop corn , and even over there someone was ready to help me by telling me where everything was, as Zach had. Once I purchased the car I wanted to get a hamster,(Randy has a Soul and told me about it) of course, so Zach did not just give me directions he took me to the parts section, and everyone there was wonderful. I really think this dealership is a hidden gem, and I am so happy to have found it.... More

I live in Tallahassee and leased my car sight-unseen. Who does that?!! I did because of how confident I was in Tim's knowledge and honesty. When I had questions about the car's features and the leasing terms/options/policies, Tim responded quickly by phone and text. He even texted pics of the car so I could confirm everything he said. At no time did I have any reservations about the car or about the terms I was agreeing to. When I signed my lease, the lease terms were exactly as Tim said. When I received the car, every feature was exactly as Tim said they'd be. I have already recommended Billy Bryan Kia to friends in North Florida. It is worth the drive to get honest and reliable service! I am extremely happy and will absolutely lease/purchase with Bill Bryan Kia again! More
