Always a pleasure. This was my second time coming to Bill Bryan Kia, this time to trade in the 2010 Kia Soul for a new, shiny one. I came in wanting to look at new 2016 fantom blue Kia Souls and Zach Bell made the entire process great. He never beat around the bush with any other cars and focused solely on my needs. Zach is very laid back and very efficient when it came to negotiations. I got exactly what I wanted in a quick and easy fashion. I also dealth with Julius for my finance paperwork. He was extremely fast and to the point and made one of the more tedious parks of buying a car bearable. I've been with Bill Bryan Kia for 2 cars/5 years, and I've yet to be disappointed. Thank you all very much and I can't recommend them enough. More

Was just checking out the Kia Sorento, had drove other SUVs. Looking for a SUV that had AWD and NAVI. We both drove the one on the lot, was happy with how it drove and the seats were confortable. Very helpful and we can ask questions and come back anytime and Dustin will go over what we need to know about the SUV. All the sales people in there are very king and helpful. More

Not happy with experience What do I remember most about my experience from last month. They were the first dealership I sent to looking for a used car. The minute I met Gemoi What do I remember most about my experience from last month. They were the first dealership I sent to looking for a used car. The minute I met Gemoi Elliassaint, he introduced himself and then said "ok' What can I sell you today. That should tell you everything. I basically could not leave this dealership. I am not a person that can be rude. All Gemoi kept saying was "If I can make a deal work, will you make a deal today". He kept talking to the manager and then me and was extremely pushy. This was the type of experience that most people do not want when buying a car. I would never go to this dealership again or recommend them because all they care about is the money, not the person. Sell, sell, sell is what they are all about. Even the manager working on that Sunday was just as pushy. This is not the way to have staff trained. Gemoi made my first experience, as he was the first dealership I went to, a horrible experience. By the time I left, I was so disgusted, I am so glad I did not purchase my vehicle there. I can't believe I actually was considering a purchase there because I barely was able to leave because of how pushy Gemoi was. Jenkins of Leesburg, is the type of dealership to purchase from. Professional, right down to not bad mouthing Kia after I explained the horrible experience I had. Hopefully, if you go there to buy a vehicle you will have a better experience. Stay away from Gemoi though. More

2 cars in 2 years from this dealer! I purchased a 2014 Kia Optima in December of 2013. I really liked my new car, but it wasn't quite the car I wanted. I wanted the fully loaded one, but I purchased a 2014 Kia Optima in December of 2013. I really liked my new car, but it wasn't quite the car I wanted. I wanted the fully loaded one, but couldn't afford it. I went back in October of 2015 to have the tire pressure checked and they ran some number for me and gave me a great deal! Now I have the car of my dreams - 2015 Kia Optima, fully loaded. Plus I got to work with my favorite salesperson, Dustin Rooney, for the second time! More
