Poor Customer Service We purchased our Optima less than 2 years ago. While on vacation and traveling through Mobile, Al a malfunction light came on the dash. Cars have hick-ups and not a real big deal - till I called the dealership and asked to talk to the Service department. I informed them we were on the road and needed info asap. After being on hold (twice) for extended times - the lady came back and said the Service department was busy and she would transfer me to my salesman - after another hold was informed he was busy and someone would call me back. My wife gave me the "Keep it nice look" so I just hung up. Called a local KIA dealer and all was solved. Wish this was the first time this has happened - but I do know now - If we purchase another KIA - I would drive the 450 miles to Daphne and purchase from them. More

Sold on Kia This is my second purchase from this dealership. I feel that I was consistently treated fairly and with respect. I am totally sold on the Kia brand. I originally bought a Forte in 2010 which was totaled in an accident in 2013. I live in Orlando and at the time, with no trade or down payment, I needed some incentives which none of the Orlando dealerships were offering so I came to Bill Bryan Kia because they were. I bought the exact make and model I had previously as I really loved the car. This dealership offers 1 year free maintenance with your purchase with an option to purchase an additional 4 years for a nominal fee which I did. This meant driving to Leesburg every 3 months or 3,000 miles which I have. I found their service department to be impeccable. I seldom have to wait for my car to be serviced and washed for more than an hour. I the past 5 years, I have never had a mechanical problem with either car. My previous Forte's were the basic stripped down model with no power window or door locks. I felt I wanted to upgrade. I just purchased a 2016 Forte LX which has been completely redesigned inside and out as well as full mechanical upgrades. The more I drive it, the more I love it. Everyone involved with my purchase, the sales person Dorothy, the finance manager Julius and the General Manager all made sure that I was happy with my purchase before I left the dealership. Coming to Bill Bryan Kia is well worth the drive. More

I've purchased well over a dozen new cars in my lifetime. Today's purchase was by far the best of them all. Fantastic vehicle at a fantastic price...but add to that an incredible sales and financing staff. I went in anticipating a very long and miserable afternoon. I hate buying a car. No more, because I am now a loyal customer for life. Everyone was professional, courteous , and incredibly honest in helping me buy a car rather than selling me a car. The entire process went as smooth as I could imagine it should be. It was an absolutely pleasant afternoon that left a big impression on me to let others know that buying a great car at a great price and enjoying the process is still possible. Bill Bryan Kia has my very highest recommendation. More

He sored a 10 on the "WOW FACTOR", here is how; 1st He listened to us and what we wanted 2nd He never pushed his agenda to make a commission 3rd He brought the car to us so we could make sure we could get it in our car hauler 4th Did a great job of explaining the overall technology of the car and even paired up our phones 5th Now this one will show his true customer focus; he even volunteered to help move my easy track in my car hauler 6th Did everything he said he would do without having to remind him.
