Tim actually delivered to our house, got us all set up on the garage door openers and conducted a very through demonstration of all the features and controls. We returned a few days later to finalize our deal. We had such an easy experience with Dorothy. We'd definitely buy from her again, it felt like we were dealing with a friend or a neighbors vs a sales person. I will say that she made all of the difference in our experience. A new KIA!!!! We were referred to your dealership by friends and told to ask for Dustin! HE WAS HELPFUL FROM THE GET GO! There were a few things that I really wanted ... rear camera, CD [not available any more but got a lesson on how to make the USB work for me ... thanks Dustin] thought about the GPS after we left ... but not that important .... definitely didn't want a moon roof or moody speakers or leather seats. Color was a tough issue ... knew I didn't want black, white or any dark color ... was so hard to choose between the blue, red and gray [titanium] though ... finally settled on the gray! It is beautiful!!!! Got upset when it got rained on on the second day that I had it though ... lol. Everyone was so friendly at Bill Bryan Kia .... everyone said hello as soon as I walked through the door ... and Dustin was so polite and helpfull ... if you want a new KIA ... see Dustin ... hell of a nice guy! Excellent except for Finance MJ We would have given a 5 star because of Timothy Lile, but your Finance person (MJ or Menny) was very pushy and would not take no for an answer.
