Experience was below average. Sales people were more "pushy" than I have experienced at other dealers. I think they need to have a bit more confidence in their product. I felt that they thought if I left that I would never be back. Also, they touted their warranty as the best in the industry - 5 year bumper to bumper. They neglected to tell me of the "exclusions" until after the papers were signed. In particular the navigation system is only warranted for 3 years, and if the navigation system goes out the car may not start. I looked and the navigation system is located in between the "bumpers". In my mind, this is the weak link in the chain. Had I had this information when I was considering the car I would not have bought it. I feel this was withheld intentionally. If I had asked about exclusions prior to signing they might have mentioned it. In any case it is the old adage "BUYER BEWARE". We had planned on keeping this car for a while but under the circumstances we will probably get rid of it after 3 years. More

We had bought our child a Jeep at Bill Bryan in Leesburg last fall, so since our Kia Cadenza lease that we had gotten in our home state was coming due We had bought our child a Jeep at Bill Bryan in Leesburg last fall, so since our Kia Cadenza lease that we had gotten in our home state was coming due, we knew we wanted to go to another Bill Bryan dealership. Zach greeted us at the door, and when we told him we wanted to go with a Optima to make our lease payments lower, he steered us through the whole process very smoothly with no pressure. We walked out that afternoon with exactly the car we wanted! Zach is very sincere, and we appreciated all the small things he did, like filling up the car with gas on our way out. The financing signing was very fast as well with Eddie Pereira handling the paperwork. Thanks to all at the dealership, great that we could have snacks as well while waiting! We will definitely go back there again. More

Zach was very knowledgeable about the vehicle; no pressure; spent a lot of time explaing everything; made the deal I offered and even came to my house to pick up the paper work for my trade that I did not bring to the dealership. We took an 800 mile road trip the next day and was more that pleasently surprised how well the car handled being used to driving German cars.
