A newer salesman, Chad took us on our test drive He was very friendly, offering us food and drink and attentive throughout the sales process. Buying a pre-owned vehicle can be nerve wracking but this process was an easy ride. Well, our new "ride" was a smooth one back to Lake City and I hope it will be for many more to come! :) More

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! !! I live 2 1/2 hours away from Bill Bryan Kia. They had 3 of 7 2017 Sportage Sx. I called and spoke with Anastasia and Dale. They worked a deal for me. I was a bit leary but I drove to Leesburg. When I got there I was greeted by Chad who took me to Dale. They in turn intoduced me to Serhan, salesman. He and Chad helped me choose and test drive my car. The deal did not change. They were both professional and very helpful. Serhan was very knowledgeable about the new Sportage Sx. Eddie walked me through the financial paperworked and made it painless. The car was prepped and Serhan and Chad walked me through the cars features. I drove it home. The EASIEST car buying experience I have ever had. If you need a car, try them first. It was worth the drive. I highly recommend this car dealer and the staff. More
