Great Salesman I loved the black Kia Sportage in the showroom and wanted to take a test drive. willing to help we were't in the market for a car but we went for a recall issue on our 2013 kia soul and were met at the door as usual with prompt professional peopl we were't in the market for a car but we went for a recall issue on our 2013 kia soul and were met at the door as usual with prompt professional people willing to help get us in and get us out with as least amount of inconvenience which i really appreciate. while we were there we saw a young salesman doing something we haven't seen before, (he had his sleeves rolled up standing at the entrance to the customer lounge actually working!!! not just standing around looking at customers) he was actively asking each one who walked in could he get them anything while they were there waiting! it really wow'ed me to see a salesman not wanting just sale a car but get up and start doing things for people waiting! so we went to talk to this young man and bought a new soul from him! wow! keep up the the good (and impressive) work Dustin Rooney! It Was Time It was time to retire my Ford Ranger. Great little truck but at around 220,000 miles it was giving me some trouble. Looked at a few things online and It was time to retire my Ford Ranger. Great little truck but at around 220,000 miles it was giving me some trouble. Looked at a few things online and went into Bill Bryan cold, not really knowing what to expect. Been driving the ford for so long I didn't know how to go about buying a car. First encounter was with Tim Lile. We told what we were looking for and our budget. Told him the budget was most important and he joked "so stay within budget even if it has polka dots, got it!" He made the experinece less stressful than I expected. Showed us cars on the lot, within budget right off the bat. Nothing we really liked. Went inside, looked at additional inventory and he found a 2009 Dodge. He brought it to the front and my wife Sue and I loved it. Took it for a ride, talked to Tim about it and well, we bought it. All in all, we were there just a couple hours and we drove it off the lot. Tim was super knowable and easy to deal with. We will definitely shop Bill Bryan and work with Tim again. Thanks Tim! More

Lifesaver! I am the previous owner if a 2014 KIA Soul until I was rear ended by a Cement Mixer. My Soul was totaled and I sustained serious injury. The staff o I am the previous owner if a 2014 KIA Soul until I was rear ended by a Cement Mixer. My Soul was totaled and I sustained serious injury. The staff of Bill Bryan went out of their way to help me select a 2016 KIA Soul. I was so impressed with the way that my 2014 Soul withstood the impact and saved my lufe, that I would have nothing but another KUA Soul.
