Excellent Experience ..... AGAIN ! I was in the market to lease a KIA Soul, and the first dealership I thought of was Bill Bryan KIA, in Leesburg FL. I had purchased a new 2016 KIA Sor I was in the market to lease a KIA Soul, and the first dealership I thought of was Bill Bryan KIA, in Leesburg FL. I had purchased a new 2016 KIA Sorento last year and the experience was so easy, I thought I would check it out. I called and asked for the Salesperson i dealt with when I bought the Sorento, Tim Lile. I explained what I was looking for and set up an appointment to meet with him. When I arrived at the dealership, there was a 2017 KIA SOUL parked out front and waiting for me to test drive. It was exactly what I had told Tim I was looking for. A quick test drive, and I was sold. From start to finish there was no stress, no pressure and he worked out the finance that i had requested. I have 3 KIA dealers alot closer to were I live, but it is worth the extra drive to get treated with respect and not taken advantage of. Bill Bryan's employee all really do care about there company and want people to return for repeat business. I will drive that extra mile for the service that I received. We decided to go take a look down at this dealership, and tou much of our surprise, they treated us extremely well and let me walk away with my dream car and an extremely affordable car payment, perfect for my first car! The salespeople were more interested in my wants and needs than a commission check and they thouroghly searched for the car of my dreams. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new car! Not only was he knowledgeable and could fully describe the vehicle and purchase procedures, he just went out of his way to register, insure, and to oversee the preparation of the Kia Soul, along with making me very comfortable with coffee, food, and introducing me to other managerial staff. Never knew purchasing a car could be so enjoyable. We have always used Bill Bryan to service our 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and we will certainly continue that relationship with Tim and Bill Bryan Kia. More

Very disappointed! We bought our Sol new in another state and had a great dealer. When we moved to Leesburg we naturally went to Bill Bryan for service. After two times We bought our Sol new in another state and had a great dealer. When we moved to Leesburg we naturally went to Bill Bryan for service. After two times for routine service we were very pleased. We were driving and had a noise from under the car and didn't go away so we went to the dealer's service department. We were told that they could look at it but it would be 2-3 hours without an appointment. I understood and asked to make one. I asked how long we wood have to wait with an appointment and was again told 2-3 hours. I was also told that ther would be a $90.00 diagnostic charge. I was very unhappy and we left. We went to an independent garage and the tech looked under the car and then put it on the lift. A limb had gotten wedged under the car and he removed it. My total charge for this service was zero. I am trying to find a reason to go back to this dealership again for service. Again, very disappointed! Wendell Shryock More
