Bad internet sales experience We contacted this dealership as we found a car we loved online that they had just gotten in stock. We live a few hundred miles away but was more than We contacted this dealership as we found a car we loved online that they had just gotten in stock. We live a few hundred miles away but was more than willing to make the drive. We were working with the sales representative to get some additional pictures just to make sure their was nothing major that would prevent us from purchasing the vehicle. The sales representative was very helpful. The next morning we texted and called the sales representative to let them know we wanted the vehicle and to see if we could provide a fee to reserve the car until we could drive down the next day. We never heard back from him! After a few days we called a manager to track him down. Once we finally got ahold of the sales representative he said sorry...he didn't hear from us so they sold the car. I told him we called and texted only to find out that he had an incident with his phone and had to get a new one. We have all lost or destroyed a phone at some point in our life's but if you lost your phone why would you not call the customers you were working with to let them know. I would not recommend this dealership for anyone purchasing a vehicle from out of town. More

Love my 2017 Sedona!! Came in to take a look at a 2017 Sedona I saw on the internet. Zach took me on a test drive. He is very personable and relatable. Zach, Ozzie and Gerald came together and made me a deal I felt was really good based on all the research I had done on the vehicle I purchased prior to going to the dealership. Zach made sure my vehicle was clean and full of fuel when I picked it up. He took time to give me a tutorial on the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Zach as a salesman and say that my experience at the dealership was a good one. Every dealership is in business to Make money but I feel I got a good deal on my van and would recommend Zach and the dealership based on my experience. More

Three good choices but could ONLY BUY ONE! A friend accompanied me to the KIA dealership since I was VERY interested in a KIA SOUL or SPORTAGE! HIS salesperson walked up to us early Sat. eveni A friend accompanied me to the KIA dealership since I was VERY interested in a KIA SOUL or SPORTAGE! HIS salesperson walked up to us early Sat. evening in the lot! What a coincidence to be working with the salesperson who had sold HIM a KIA the year before! WE would return to meet up with Zach Bell on Sunday, Monday and Tues. I left a satisfied customer on Tuesday with a brand new Alien Green KIA SOUL +. Zach and the Manager were patient as I went through a detailed process of comparing the assets and the cost of two 2015 Bright Yellow Souls with a brand new Bright Green one. Many hours and calculations later it was the NEW vehicle that proved to be the right choice. The honesty and willingness of the sales people to deliver facts and figures was greatly appreciated.
