A Really Good Buying Experience Kudos to Tim Lile. As women car buyer our experiences with salesmen have not always been great. Often we were treated as if we had no understanding Kudos to Tim Lile. As women car buyer our experiences with salesmen have not always been great. Often we were treated as if we had no understanding of a car or it's mechanics. Tim treated us as intelligent people and with respect. He began by asking our needs in a car vs just trying to sell us the most expensive car on the lot, and then answered all our questions. We are new to hybrid cars and Tim took time to show us the engine and explain how the system worked. We had an opportunity to work with both service and parts the next day (our request, not a problem with the car) and, again, found the people to be courteous and helpful. Also kudos to Eddie Pereira who showed us options in services that were of value to us and didn't try to sell us "stuff" we didn't need. More
