The Dealership was friendly and attentive to all our needs We drove over 100 miles to this dealership because they had the car my wife wanted in stock. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find We drove over 100 miles to this dealership because they had the car my wife wanted in stock. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find Jason ready and waiting for us. They had the car detailed and ready to deliver, Jason took the time to show us the car and go over the features as well as a test drive and filled the gas tank for us! My parents came along with us to drive our other vehicle back home, they as well were treated exceptionally and the waiting area was comfortable and inviting for them while they waited on us to complete the deal. There were several coffees available and soft drinks as well as plenty of food and snacks to make their waiting an enjoyable experience. I cannot say enough about Gabby (internet sales), Dale (internet sales manager), and Jason (our sales person. By far the best and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had! Thank you all so very much! By the way, my wife LOVES the car and hasn't stopped smiling since we left the dealership! More
Best Buying Experience Ever Dustin provided us the most thorough, informative and finally easy negotiation we have ever experienced in our many years of buying cars. After we dec Dustin provided us the most thorough, informative and finally easy negotiation we have ever experienced in our many years of buying cars. After we decided on the KIA Sorrento versus the Honda Pilot and Toyota Highlander we really started working on which trim was best for us. Dustin was able to take us through the standard feature growth as you moved up through the trim and the costs associated with the standards. He was also able to help us with the uncertainties we had but never tried to influence just listen and provide information. When we finally decided on the trim and options it was down to price. Of course, we had a number and the dealer had a number so you start the negotiation and we were able to get to where we wanted to be, not our beginning spot but a compromise we felt comfortable with. Dustin and Bill Bryan have been helpful with any questions we’ve had since buying the Sorrento and we look forward to a positive relationship doing forward. More
Buyer Beware We bought our new Kia (which we LOVE!) back on January 3rd. I've been waiting to post this review as we emailed the dealer directly about the poor exp We bought our new Kia (which we LOVE!) back on January 3rd. I've been waiting to post this review as we emailed the dealer directly about the poor experience and shady practices and wanted to give them time to respond. Over 20 days later and we have not received anything - not even an acknowledgement. Here is what happened: Jan 2 The sales person was not knowledgeable in the differences between the various Sorento SX models on the lot in the color we wanted. He ended up giving us false information. It was late and we trusted Dallas so we moved forward with the purchase (the sale was ending the next day) we went home with our new car. Jan3 The next morning we dug into the different option packages and vehicles they had on their website and realized we had been misinformed and reached out to swap out the cars. They were very gracious about it and said no problem. This is when the real shadyness began. The first car we bought did not have a trailer hitch so we negotiated in the deal to add that. We were told the second car did not either, but once we looked at the sticker from the factory when we got home we realized we were scammed. It was already installed at the factory and we just paid for it again! The worst part is the salesmen gave us some song and dance about how hard it was to install on the new car. A bald face lie from a man who touted his integrity to our face. Lastly, they gave us the difference on the MSRP and not on the actual, stated, internet price of the new vehicle compared to the stated internet price of the old vehicle. The reason this matters is because the discounts are different. This was not a negotiated price, this was a publicly stated internet price. The reality is that they took advantage of the situation and did not trade one for the other as they said they would. If they were going to penalize us for trading out the cars I would have rather just known that upfront instead of being lied to and cheated. If you deal with this company make sure you look at the actual window sticker of the vehicle you are buying before you sit down to do the deal. More
