Chad made sure that my phone was connected to the Bluetooth in the car and explained all the features of the car to me. The car even had 3/4 tank of gas when I drove off the lot. He went over all the features of the Kia Soul+ including safety and electronic. The test drives were on a beautiful road, so I could get the feel of the vehicle before dealing with heavy traffic. The dealership itself has some fun comfort features with complimentary beverages & food. Overall the experience was pleasant and I didn't feel pressured at all. Richard followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure I was pleased with my Kia Soul+ and that I was able to use the electronic features. Immediate welcome and help getting out of my car. Tim Lile, the Certified Premium Specialist, did an excellent job leasing me a 2017 Soul Kia. I returned the 2015 Kia under my late husband's name and Tim Lile, the Certified Premium Specialist, did an excellent job leasing me a 2017 Soul Kia. I returned the 2015 Kia under my late husband's name and left that day with my own 4 yrs contract on a 2017 Soul Kia lease. I felt anxious having to deal with new technology, i.e., no key to start the car and a built-in GPS. Tim took the time to explain all I needed to know, and encouraged me to call with any questions. Although I detest going solo to buy or lease a new car, Tim made it more pleasant. No fault of his own, I still felt as if I had been taken...but driving around yesterday, I felt that I deserved the best, and I believe that I got that from Bill Bryan Kia. I will not hesitate to refer my friends to your dealership, and to ask for Tim Lile. More
