I returned the 2015 Kia under my late husband's name and Tim Lile, the Certified Premium Specialist, did an excellent job leasing me a 2017 Soul Kia. I felt anxious having to deal with new technology, i.e., no key to start the car and a built-in GPS. Tim took the time to explain all I needed to know, and encouraged me to call with any questions.
