Downsizing our car. We Drove our 2016 Kia Sedona into Bill Bryan looking to trade for a new Sorrento because the Sedona was TOO BIG. Tim Lile took us to see the new Sorrento models and we took one out for a test drive. We parked our Sedona next to the Sorrento and saw that it was only about a foot shorter and just as wide. At that point, Tim suggested that we look at the Sportage and proceeded to explain the different options available with each model. We took a couple of different models for a test drive and decided on purchasing an SX because of the comfort and safety options available. Tim was exceptionally helpful in deciding which vehicle to purchase and did not pressure us in any way. Impressive dealership; more impressive staff I came to Bill Bryan KIA from Saint Petersburg to purchase a Jeep Wrangler that they had in used inventory. Honestly I was not too happy about driving I came to Bill Bryan KIA from Saint Petersburg to purchase a Jeep Wrangler that they had in used inventory. Honestly I was not too happy about driving over 100miles to go to just another car dealership, but was absolutely blown away with the pristine condition of the dealership and knowledge of the staff. All of the staff members that I came across were very polite and there was absolutely no pressure to close a sale. Dustin is very knowledgeable of the industry and provided near exact estimates for financing before the banks even got involved, even for my Jeep which is rather unique for a Kia dealer to handle. Not a single feature, specification, or capability of the vehicle was left out of our discussion and I didn't walk away with a single unanswered question.
