Impressive dealership; more impressive staff I came to Bill Bryan KIA from Saint Petersburg to purchase a Jeep Wrangler that they had in used inventory. Honestly I was not too happy about driving I came to Bill Bryan KIA from Saint Petersburg to purchase a Jeep Wrangler that they had in used inventory. Honestly I was not too happy about driving over 100miles to go to just another car dealership, but was absolutely blown away with the pristine condition of the dealership and knowledge of the staff. All of the staff members that I came across were very polite and there was absolutely no pressure to close a sale. Dustin is very knowledgeable of the industry and provided near exact estimates for financing before the banks even got involved, even for my Jeep which is rather unique for a Kia dealer to handle. Not a single feature, specification, or capability of the vehicle was left out of our discussion and I didn't walk away with a single unanswered question. Very happy with the entire experience and will definitely return when it's time for my wife to purchase a new vehicle. More

The Dealership was friendly and attentive to all our needs We drove over 100 miles to this dealership because they had the car my wife wanted in stock. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find We drove over 100 miles to this dealership because they had the car my wife wanted in stock. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find Jason ready and waiting for us. They had the car detailed and ready to deliver, Jason took the time to show us the car and go over the features as well as a test drive and filled the gas tank for us! My parents came along with us to drive our other vehicle back home, they as well were treated exceptionally and the waiting area was comfortable and inviting for them while they waited on us to complete the deal. There were several coffees available and soft drinks as well as plenty of food and snacks to make their waiting an enjoyable experience. I cannot say enough about Gabby (internet sales), Dale (internet sales manager), and Jason (our sales person. By far the best and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had!
