Since my car was going to take some time, I picked out an option test drove it to work (i don't work far and the runner was busy to get me to work in time) which was awesome for them to allow this. Well of course I am going to drive it and LOVE IT. So upon my return after 5, we completed the paperwork and was out with the old 2013 and in with the new 2018. Absolutely love it, Thank you Keith! He was very knowledgeable about the car and literally spent hours showing us all of the features. I would recommend Jonathan to anyone. So far I love the car but have driven it less than 40 miles. It has a lot of features to learn about and that will take a while. I don’t have any experience with service at this time. More
Our new 2019 Kia Sorrento, thanks goes to Keith Fennely I was greeted at the door by Keith Fennelly and offered a fresh cup of coffee (and later provided hot dogs for lunch). I explained my situation that we needed a car right away that was comfortable and affordable. He quickly grabbed all the financial details and sent them to MJ in finance while we went to look at the cars. Having done some earlier research, we looked at the Kia Sorento and it is an impressive car. After a test drive we returned to the dealership to check on MJ’s progress. He was doggedly working getting the finance and with our less-than-sterling credit rating, he succeeded! While expecting to be able to only buy a used car, we drove away in a new 2019 Kia Sorrento L model that had more standard features than expected. Keith took care of all the details getting the car prepped and fully fueled plus explain all the details on how to operate all the features. They even transferred the tag from our existing car to the new one saving us more money! Keith clearly understands the cars from an operators point, his Army pilot experience lets him focus on the person's need. MJ understands the finance workings in this area and is not limited to using just the company financing. If you need a car, go see Keith at Bill Bryan Kia and don’t worry about anything else! More

We looked at two vehicles, and selected the Elantra. I never once felt pressureed, We discussed multiple cars, prices and finance offers. Even when the Manager came to speak to me, he provided me with information, but did not pressure me. Serhan treated us as a guest, offering us drinks and food, warmth and laughter.. He shared tales in between working on a deal for us, his friendly smile always present. This is a man who enjoys his work. He is relaxed and welcoming. He is someone I would return to time and again. He never once presented as a Salesman but more importantly as a Representative of his Dealership. Made a huge difference. I never once felt the need to rush. He made sure everything was taken care of and called to make sure I was happy with my new used car! Serhan, Thank you ! You are a true gentleman and a great value to your dealership!! More

I brought my 2016 KIA in for service on Monday 7/16/2018, and while waiting Mr. Daniel answered several questions I had on the 2019 KIA Sorento SX V6 on the showroom floor. After a brief discussion I made the decision to lease the 2019. Mr. Daniel processed my lease in less than 3 hours which I found to be remarkable. Thanks again to Jonathan Daniel. More

I really didn't understand that seeing how the car i was trading and/ or wasn't trading i got financed with about 850 less income then i do now. So the guy from finance said if we wanted to get another car then he suggested us to go to buy here pay here. So they didn't look at any other options. Not even not trading in our other car and sent us on our way. I was mad and depressed since we had cancelled a appointment at Deland Kia to go to one closer to home and when Bill Bryan said they could help us. So Deland Kia called us back and wanted us to come down we were un sure if we should do the 1.5 hour drive for nothing. We did the credit app on the internet and they called us back and said to come on down they can do it. They even said they would pay for our gas back home if it didn't work. So we went there and now driving a new 2018 Kia Soul. We even still have our other car. So Bill Bryan would have worked a little harder the would have a new customer. Their lost i guess. More
