Amazing car buying experience I went to Bill Bryant Kia on August 25, 2018 and spoke with Tim Lile. I told him what I was looking for in a new Kia Soul, fog lights, luggage rack to I went to Bill Bryant Kia on August 25, 2018 and spoke with Tim Lile. I told him what I was looking for in a new Kia Soul, fog lights, luggage rack to name a couple features I wanted. Tim listened and showed me two models, a 2019 and a 2018. After a test drive I decided on the 2018 Soul and within two hours had purchased my second Kia Soul. Again there was no pressure to sell me what I didn't want or need. Tim and the financing staff made the purchase easy and actually enjoyable. I highly recommend Bill Bryant Kia of Leesburg, FL. I can't say enough about Tim Lile. He really listens and shows you the vehicle(s) you are looking for. Outstanding sales person!!! Honestly, ask for Tim Lile when you are looking for a new or used Kia. If there was an option or more stars, I would rate higher. More

Exceeded expectations. Initially I was disappointed that the people I expected to meet were not the ones to greet me. However, Tim Lile soon put me at complete ease with his charm and knowledge. I was really happy working with him. His attention and assurance were truly a big part of my decision to buy. I was also very happy with the friendly customer service from all the employees I encountered. Everyone seemed to be happy working for Bill Bryan Kia. I am also happy with the warranty and extras, i.e. refund for new tire within 2 years, oil change and tire rotation for 2 years. Overall the experience was much less tramatic than I have previously had - in fact, there was no trauma at all! The finance process was also well done - fast and efficient without pressure to buy more than I wanted. Very happy and will be sure to recommend that dealership and Tim Lile to others. More
