With 60 years of car buying, they rate 100+% With our first visit, Trent came out & introduced himself. Told him we were not buying that day. He was most gracious & gave us info, did test drive With our first visit, Trent came out & introduced himself. Told him we were not buying that day. He was most gracious & gave us info, did test drive & still no pressure! Trent is a lot like our grandson. Returned 2 days later & purchased a Soul. We were surprised when we took car home that day--not go back in a few days for delivery. Took trade-in car title back next day (Fri.) & learned that Trent had been in an accident (not his fault) on way to work & was in hospital. Tim was most helpful. He even called late afternoon to inform us Trent had been released from hospital with many bruises. We're keeping him in our prayers. The day we purchased (Thursday) Trent invited us to eat with him for their monthly employee appreciation lunch. We have never heard of such thoughtfulness on a dealer's part! Mr. Bryan--you obviously are a caring person to honor your employees once a month. More
