Buying a new car After visiting my local Kia Dealership we started looking at available new Kia Souls. We found the best SUV AVAILABLE. IT HAD ALL THE FEATURES We want After visiting my local Kia Dealership we started looking at available new Kia Souls. We found the best SUV AVAILABLE. IT HAD ALL THE FEATURES We wanted. The only problem was that the Dealership did not have the color we wanted. We had to settle for white. The only other color available was Black. We did not want Black so it had to be white. My wife was very disappointed that there were not enough colors to choose from. She did not want White but she thought Black was worse. The model she chose in White was a great little SUV. Only the color was a disappointment. On a positive note. The sales staff did not pressure us to buy unlike other Dealerships. Because of the the whole experience was a very good one. More
Very Happy I was extremely pleased when I entered the dealership through the Parts Dept and was met by Bobbie the casher, she then asked how she could help and I I was extremely pleased when I entered the dealership through the Parts Dept and was met by Bobbie the casher, she then asked how she could help and I asked to speak with the Service Manager, she then put me in touch with Gregg Cox who was very friendly and welcoming. After explaining why I came to Bill Bryan after being treated very poorly by the Citus KIA dealership, Gregg spoke with his Service guy and they took my vehich right in and Gregg then put me in touch with a wonderful service writer Mario Font. They all treated just like I bought my Sedona from them and made me feel right at home. Being my first visit to Bill Bryan my Mother and good friend sat in the Customer Lounge and employee's walking by asking if we we're comfortable and did we need anything!! Mario came in and checked on me twice and made sure I knew that there were hotdogs popcorn soft drinks and Water. I'm still sitting home in shock and definitely will return for any of my auto needs. My friend who talked me into going to purchase my KIA from Citrus KIA seen how I was treated at Bill Bryan and is now going to transfer her service to Bill Bryan after she's purchased her KIA from Citrus KIA and wants nothing else to do with Citrus KIA. Thank you Bill Bryan, Gregg Cox, Mario Font and all the so very friendly staff at the Bill Bryan dealership. More

He took his time to show me what I was looking for. Explained in detail the accessories my new 2018 Kia has and left the door open for any future questions or concerns I may have. The process was painless. The people I met were all friendly. The finance advisor MJ was informative and pleasant. I recommend Bill Bryon Of Leesburg to anyone who may be looking for a vehicle of their choice. 5 stars guys!! Happy lady here!! More
Smoke and mirrors My wife and I came to Bill Bryan Kia with a positive attitude and with the idea of purchasing a new car. Having purchased numerous cars in the past, o My wife and I came to Bill Bryan Kia with a positive attitude and with the idea of purchasing a new car. Having purchased numerous cars in the past, our normal purchasing process includes visiting various dealerships in the area to ensure we are getting the biggest bang for the buck. Our initial contact with your dealership revealed sales personnel with integrity and honesty. As a result, we opted not to visit other dealerships and purchased a new 2019 Kia Sorento. Mr Tim Lile presented himself with knowledge, honesty, integrity and a sincere desire to provide a great deal to us. I had contacted Sam's Club and also being a retired military veteran, Tim assured us we would receive the lowest price on our purchase. After doing his calculations, he stated he would go to the sales manager and obtain us the best deal available. Now keep in mind, my wife and I were basing our best price on the window sticker price of $46,824 less appropriate discounts. When Tim returned from speaking with the sales manager, he assured us we had been given the best price available with all of our Sams Club and military discounts. At no time did Tim discuss the **Appearance Package amount indicated in the Dealer's Pricing sheet. We were under the impression the Appearance package contained other accessory items, but were not specifically listed. After sending an email to Tim asking about the appearance package and for a listing of what these items were on the Sorento, we were informed by Tim these are additional profits and bank allowances to finance folks who do not have necessary credit scores to facilitate a low interest loan. Based on my analysis of the $4999.00 Bill Bryan has added "smoke and mirror" costs to the price of the car, resulting in our discounts being nullified. Our initial impression of going to other dealerships for a total pricing comparison was fully warranted and the total price of the car and all costs included were not fully disclosed for my wife and I to make an informed decision of buying from your dealership. Our original impression of purchase process with your dealership began as a very professional and friendly process, ended up leaving a bad taste in both my wife and my mouths. We will not be recommending folks from the Villages purchasing a vehicle from your dealership. More

I was prepared for the typical aggressive sales manuevers that I had e I purchased a car from Tim Lile after visiting several other competing dealers. I was prepared for the typical aggressive sales manuevers that I had experienced at those dealers and from past car buying experience. But I was mistaken. From the initial internet contact through handing me the keys to my new Soul, everthing was handled professionally and respectfully. Tim listens to your needs and concerns because he truly wants you to be completely satisfied. He goes WAY beyond what most consider good service. The entire dealership was very laid back and everyone seemed happy, which says a lot about the management. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had in making a major purchase! More
