I was also very happy with the friendly customer service from all the employees I encountered. Everyone seemed to be happy working for Bill Bryan Kia. I am also happy with the warranty and extras, i.e. refund for new tire within 2 years, oil change and tire rotation for 2 years. Overall the experience was much less tramatic than I have previously had - in fact, there was no trauma at all! The finance process was also well done - fast and efficient without pressure to buy more than I wanted. Very happy and will be sure to recommend that dealership and Tim Lile to others. More
