Came in a few days ago to look at a Kia Nitro and comepare some other prices. The WORST car buying experience I've ever had. We were pre-approved for special financing (1.9%) on their website and was given an estimate in WRITING for a Kia Sportage SX Prestige (stock #G28261 We were pre-approved for special financing (1.9%) on their website and was given an estimate in WRITING for a Kia Sportage SX Prestige (stock #G282610). We made sure it was in stock. Heather and Anthony confirmed no less than 3 times that it was available. We drove over 2+ hours to get there, and Anthony even texted us 20min before to ask when we would arrive. After we got there, we were told it was sold!! Mind you this was 2hrs from the moment we first contacted the dealership, and they said they were grabbing the keys. Of course the manager said there was no other vehicle with the same specs and price that they could offer us. I WILL NEVER do business with this dealership, and I will tell everyone I know to stay away. I've never owned a Kia, but this experience ensures that I never will. More
