I’ve bought 3 cars from this dealership in the last 9 years and this is the first time I will give the service department a “100 %” rating! That’s because everything was done in a timely manner and “Alan, the Service Advisor” handled my car. Not only was he professional, but he advised what needed to be done without being pushy. Also, everything on the checklist was actually completed, like topping off the washer fluid! Thank You Alan! Finally, I tried “6” times to make an appointment for Service, via telephone and online. I was told I would have to leave my car for a week (2 recalls) and surprisingly, only needed to leave it for a few hours! Turns out, the dealership has a new telephone system and it’s not working properly. Please explain that to your customers instead of leaving people in the dark. More
