I purchased my 2019 Kia Sorrento at Bill Bryan Kia. Prior to that I took my 2012 Kia Sedona there for regular servicing. I now take my current car there as well. Service did not address my concerns properly. I want the truck to run the way it ran when I bought it. In normal and smart modes the transmission does not shift correctly (ie. When decelerating, the transmission is in 7th gear at 30 mph). when I give it the gas he engine sounds like it's bogging down. I shouldn't have to listen the engine and transmission struggling to drive. Sport mode performers great. Shifts quietly with properly in highway and city driving. I am one the road an average 200 to 250 miles per day driving Uber. It's so frustrating that I can only run the truck in sport mode. When it's in the shop I'm not making any money. More
