This is my first Kia and my first time going into a Kia dealership for service; really was impressed. I was greeted by Mario Font, which has a great personality, he clearly explained the process. I waited dealership for service; really was impressed. I was greeted by Mario Font, which has a great personality, he clearly explained the process. I waited in the lounge while the service was performed and was able to keep working from my laptop using their high-speed internet. Mario constantly gave me updates of the process until the work was completed. Everyone was nice, they smiled and said good morning. I felt relaxed at all times.
