I was misled on the warranty when purchased and now at 64000 mi the air compressor and condenser went out NOT COVERED so I had to pay $1200 out of pocket will never buy a Kia again or refer anyone to them 64000 mi the air compressor and condenser went out NOT COVERED so I had to pay $1200 out of pocket will never buy a Kia again or refer anyone to them ! He explained the different types of warranties that were available as well as the service and Kia Warranty that came with my vehicle. He answered all of my questions, and made sure that all my paperwork was correct before anything went to the Finance Office. Tim is a true Gem. He is the only person my family and I purchase vehicles from. More
