I know I had a lot of questions but I’m disabled die to a car accident and could not go there in person. Therefore, I had to have a friend who lives in the area test drive it and everything else was done ove car accident and could not go there in person. Therefore, I had to have a friend who lives in the area test drive it and everything else was done over the phone. This was a major purchase for my budget. I am very very, very disappointed and lack of follow up after the deal was sealed and the car was delivered. I was promised touchup paint to pens that I could use to touch up, scratches that I was unaware of having not seen the car. I don’t have those pens yet and it’s been almost 3 weeks since I’ve gotten the car. I had a question on my title and my plates are expiring on the 23rd. No one has had the courtesy to call me back and I have been waiting for hours. I hesitate calling there because of this lack of communication. I understand people are busy, but I feel like now that you’ve gotten your money no one cares . Very disappointing. More
