The service department staff that answered the phone were not friendly, and made it seem like you were bothering them to call . I spoke with 2 different people and they were both borderline rude and not prof not friendly, and made it seem like you were bothering them to call . I believe his name was Xavier ? And The lady at the reception desk was fantastic. However, the people that answer the phone in the service department needs some training and learn how to speak to paying customers!! More
Took 6 months to get in for a recall that put my vehicle and home at risk of fire (while I kept vehicle outside in Michigan winter). Then when I got it into service, I asked them to take a brief look at an airbag warning light on the dash that had coincidentally appeared that morning. First I was told there was no airbag light on, which I had to walk to the car and verify that it was in fact on, then was treated rudely by service manager while trying to discuss the issue and was finally told they wouldn’t look at it unless I came in for another appointment in 2-3 weeks. Least they could have done was run a diagnostic on it to read the code and give me their thoughts on the cause. Very poor customer service and zero apparent concern for families driving around in their car with potential safety issues after making their customer wait several months to fix a different safety issue.
