Arrived at my previously scheduled appointment time to find about 10 cars in line ahead of me. When asked about why I came in, I replied that it was for my 18,000 mile check up. The gentleman who greeted me seemed to be unsure of what that was. He mentioned different tasks linked to my maintenance request so I agreed and got out of the car. He gave me a 60 minute estimate in which the tasks would be completed. He held the door for me to enter the customer waiting area. There were 2-3 other people waiting plus the TV was loud so I went to the showroom area to read my book. Later I came back to the customer waiting area and sat with a cup of coffee. More
Overall customer service is a 5*. Service associates super nice. But I don’t like that I had to wait 1.5hr to just get my oil changed.
