I had to come back because my car was there and you programmed my key fob. When I got the car back, the horn did not work inside the car or the key fob brought it to the dealer after 45 minutes. Xavier came out to hand me a bill for $97, he’s claiming that I messed with the fuse box and the fuse was blown. I am a single female and nobody has been in my car or touch my car since it was in your shop. I would not know the first thing about opening a fuse box I repeatedly told him that , he insisted that I open the fuse box. The work was performed without even getting my approval. you guys are absolutely in the wrong. One of your mechanics obviously touched my fuse box and blew it. And then I had to pay $97 without being discussed upfront. For a two dollar part that probably didn’t even take you five minutes. I am so so upset with your dealership. Every time I call and make an appointment your service people are beyond rude and unprofessional. They treat you as if you’re bothering them. Without us they won’t have a job. Keep that in mind your company is complete and utter garbage and I will be telling every single person I know and have been how horrible it is to do business with you. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with you guys, but I promise you this is the last time I will do business with you. More

Brought our car in for inspection and left with bad ty rods. Had to be towed half a mile away from the dealership that told us our car was safe and sound. Could have caused a horrible accident.
