I made an appointment for a security software upgrade recall a couple of months ago. When I made the appointment I was told to expect 1-1.5 hours for the service. When I arrived for my appointment one of the service men acted rudely and like I was inconveniencing him and said it would be 4 hours. I looked shocked and said I had been told it would only take and hour and a half at most but that I didn't have a choice but to wait because I came from Parma and had waited 2 months for an appointment. Another employee came and was much more professional and told me he would get me out as soon as possible and was very helpful. I am sorry that I don't remember their names, but the second employee redeemed the experience of being treated so rudely by the first. More
