Appointment for trunk recall. S/u ride with KIA to be to work by 8:30a. Was told to wait because they already knew they were going to order a part. Ended up being 1hr late to work S/u ride with KIA to be to work by 8:30a. Was told to wait because they already knew they were going to order a part. Ended up being 1hr late to work. Should have ordered the part when I called. Could have done the inspection and replaced the part at my appointment. If something showed up on inspection I could have come back. Now I have to come back anyway when the part comes in. Not considerate of my time. Not time efficient for Kia either, especially when it takes so long to get an appointment. More
