Kia of Lansing - Service Center

I had a SIMPLE oil change. No communication when service was finished. Got a call from driver and I was not ready to be picked up from work. Driver had to come back. No one wal No communication when service was finished. Got a call from driver and I was not ready to be picked up from work. Driver had to come back. No one walked me to my car. Had to find it in the line up. Returned home where the car was parked for 3 hours. OIL LEAK! Called KIA. Now I need to return the following day. I was told KIA opened at 7 a.m. Arrived 710 a.m. No one available to see why the oil is leaking until after 8 a.m. Had to leave the car and and get a ride to work AGAIN. I have pictures of the oil plug with 2 washers on it. I was told the plug was not put in properly. Really? This is a DEALERSHIP not a fly by night oil change business. You employee staff who can't put an oil plug in properly? I have had so many issues with the engine on this car that I feel like not putting the oil plug in properly was a way to sabotage the vehicle so KIA doesn't have to warranty the new engine anymore. More
