I typically don’t have issues with Kia but this service took almost 2 weeks and every time I called to ask it seemed like they had an attitude. Service was not very good. I also have this problem when I have my tires rotated.They want to charge me for the tire rotation even though I purchased the tires from them.I would think that they would have records showing that I purchased the tires from them and not have to point it out to them.Not sure if I will be bringing my vehicle back to them for any major service other then my regular oil changes. More
