It has come out of their service department for the second time with oily boot prints on the carpeted floor mat on the drivers side. Once, I can understand. The service writer was real sorry the first time and gave me a free oil change on my next visit. The free oil change came with ANOTHER set of oily boot prints. I really don't need this crap. More

On time service Brought my car for service - replace bushings on front stabilizer. I called in to schedule an appointment. When I arrived, they took the car in right away and promised to have it done in about an hour. When I came back after 55 minutes, they were finishing up. It was exactly one hour, as they said. Price was initially discussed and was exactly same. Great guys. Nice environment. I do not have experience with sales as I never bought a car from them, but service is very good. More

Latest issue I have been dealing with them for over 2 months and I still cannot get an answer from them of when my car will be fixed....I cant even get them to call me back! Every time I call they tell me it will be a few more days and we will call you. They never call! I own a Chevy as well and every time I get service done I get a questionnaire from corporate regarding my satisfaction....if only Kia would do this!!!! More
