Oil change and rotation I came in first thing Saturday morning, and was the first customer in line. They have a very efficient check in process, Jeremy asked what I needed, h I came in first thing Saturday morning, and was the first customer in line. They have a very efficient check in process, Jeremy asked what I needed, he said I was all set and went to the waiting room. Unfortunately, my car was put in line behind a customer getting new tires. No one recognized this until after I had been there for an hour and saw multiple customers come in then leave. Jeremy came in, explained the situation, apologized for the error and gave me a card for a free oil change. I will always respect and get behind any brand and service organization that is accountable for their actions. Although, I had to wait a little longer, the service is still top quality, and the customer experience is great. Thank you Kia of Lansing service department! More

I was always kept up to date via text from Kale and he personally finished my car cleaning to make sure it was delivered on time. Best Service Ever I have to say that the Kia of Lansing Service Department is the best in the state. They always go above and beyond in trying to assist you and they make your experience wonderful. Keith the manager of the service center in my opinion is what makes this place great. I have been a customer of this dealership since 2006 when I purchased my first Kia Sedona Van. Jeremy was the service advisor that always worked with me and I have grown very fond of him and trust his advice when it comes to the safety of my vehicles especially when I have young daughter's driving them. He is always greeting you with a smile and he takes care of everything from getting the car serviced, and arranging the courtesy van drop off and pick up. When I buy car price is always a concern but I do weigh Service very highly too because that vehicle could be with you for awhile and it is important that you know that you are in good hands. So if you are in the market for a vehicle know that you will be taken good care of by Keith and his team who take their jobs and relationships seriously. Great service but stop bugging me about the survey!!! You do a wonderful job. Fast. Thorough. Friendly. Very efficient! I don’t hate getting my car serviced anymore. BUT- after each service performed, I get multiple emails requesting I fill out a survey. Daily. If I don’t answer, I get calls... automated calls. Not even a real person. If I still don’t do the survey, I get requested by text!! Stop already! It makes me not want to return. More
