No air conditioning in vehicle The service center did a great job for a difficult repair. They had to keep our vehicle over the weekend so they gave us a loaner car. While they worked on Saturday, they realized a less expensive way of handling the repair. This meant another day waiting for a different part, pushing completion to Tuesday. No problem, just keep the loaner. Overall easy to work with and they made sure I had transportation. More

All around great experience I am so happy that I chose KIA of Lansing, I was in a difficult situation and when everyone else turned me away KIA said yes and put me in a brand new I am so happy that I chose KIA of Lansing, I was in a difficult situation and when everyone else turned me away KIA said yes and put me in a brand new vehicle with only 17mls on it! Good service I took my Forte in for an oil change and tire rotation at a little over 8,000 miles. They did the whole 7500 mile service in less than 45 minutes.
