I came in while I was on a road trip with my family and we got a flat. Robert helped me find the right tire (the last one!) and got me and my family back on the road very quickly. The service was outright ridiculous. Telling me get drive it till it gets worse,after be stolen two time's them haven more of year then I did. And costing me total of 4200. I typically don’t have issues with Kia but this service took almost 2 weeks and every time I called to ask it seemed like they had an attitude. They won’t answer texts or calls. I have so many questions and complaints about that car already. I’ve waited on hold forever waiting for them to answer. I get it. They made the sale and they made their commission or whatever they get so I’m just a major inconvenience to them at this point. I hate that new car so much that I’d rather have my old one back with the cracked windshield, bald tires and overage in miles. At least I wouldn’t have to take my eyes off the road while I’m driving just to figure out which extremely dim and tiny picture on a screen operates heating and cooling and the radio. I can’t even turn the radio down while trying to answer a call or hear directions because I have to push the right tiny little picture on the screen and take my eyes off the road while I’m driving!!!! Why the frickin xxxx couldn’t they put actual BUTTONS or KNOBS to operate heating and cooling and radio????? Or anything else that’s on that stupid frickin screen for that matter. It’s absolutely ABSURD and UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I hate that car so much I want to get rid of it already and even break the lease, but no one will answer my texts or calls. It’s just ANOTHER sleazy Kia dealership filled with sleazy salespeople that don’t give a F*** what happens after they make their sale. And the thing is, I only went in there for an appraisal of the car since the lease was going to be up in approximately 6 weeks at that point, but of course I got talked into getting a car that obviously no one else wanted and they gave me “such a great deal” on it. Yeah. I just can’t believe how much I hate that car. The thought of having to deal with it for 2 years makes me sick. I want to break the lease and get something that I can actually stand driving. and the absurd unacceptable tiny screen that has to be used for everything and having to take your eyes off the road so frequently and the car swerves while you’re trying to find the right tiny picture to touch. Just what every driver needs- more screens to divert their attention and take their eyes off the road- yeah we needed more things like this in a car. Whoever came up with that idea and whoever actually decided to USE it in that car should be fired and banned forever from the car industry. More
