I was quoted a price over the phone for a new battery. But when I went to pay, the cost was more than double what I was told on the phone! Xzavier then denied that he had given me the price that I had But when I went to pay, the cost was more than double what I was told on the phone! Xzavier then denied that he had given me the price that I had written down and I had repeated it to him before I hung up. I had asked if there were any other charges on it and he told me the price was correct and there was no installation cost. If u get a price quote from Xzavier, be sure he sends it to you in writing! More
