Really? My Kia-Soul hit a deer so I took my car to this dealership for repair. Over $5,00.00 cost. Upon getting home after repairs I noticed a fog light not working. I went back to dealership and was told it was working and I had to pay for another bulb. They offered to replace one bulb for $60.00..... I was in shock.. I left and got it replaced down the road for $16.00... I called the manager and reported the situation. He offered no answer or reason. I had bought 2 new cars from them and was about to buy another one... I have zero trust in this company and would walk before I would ever support them a dime again. More

Honestly, we weren't sure how it would go because of our credit, but they treated us like we had a million dollars ready to spend. No judgment, stayed after they had closed just to get the deal done. To me, the way you treat someone and act toward customers is a very big deal. I want to know Im not just a paycheck/incentive money, and these guys took a chance on even losing Commission for us to get the best possible deal that we could afford.
