On July 4th, I went to this dealership to finance a 2025 Sorento Hybrid LX with stock number 25v9112. I first spoke with a salesman named Farzan who was very respectful. After I filled out the forms and the Sorento Hybrid LX with stock number 25v9112. I first spoke with a salesman named Farzan who was very respectful. After I filled out the forms and they handed them over to the sales manager and finance manager, each time they came back with an amount that did not include any of the discounts listed on the dealer's website. After I complained again, he went to the finance manager and they came and I explained to them that your website shows that the dealer is offering $1,533 and if I buy on finance, I will receive an additional $2,500 discount from the MSRP. Initially, the installments were around $700 without considering the discounts. After I complained and considering the discounts, the installments became around $900 per month. The finance manager said, "No, we will either give you these and increase the interest or we will only give you a $1,000 discount." The interest rate is 4.99 and I told them so you are cheating that you don't even accept what is on your website. In my opinion these people are just scamming people and I would really like to meet with the general manager or owner dealer to find out what is going on at their dealership. More

This was my 2nd time at this dealer. I didn’t wait long before I was greeted by the service rep. He took down all the info and I went in the lounge where they have snacks, drinks, plen I didn’t wait long before I was greeted by the service rep.
