Another EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service Experience!!! To update my previous review I had my first oil change and service since buying my 2015 Sedona. Its hard to believe it has been almost 3 months. My experience at Huntington Kia was once again exceptional. Joanys Santiago in service is wonderful to work with!! I was so impressed she remembered me when I made my appointment. She was able to get me in quickly with an appointment that was convenient for me. When we arrived she came right out and I told her about two very minor issues I wanted looked at while there and both were resolved when we left. While waiting they have coffee in the waiting area with a nice tv and comfortable chairs. Mike the service manager stopped to say good morning to my dad and I. I really can't say enough about Huntington Kia. What impresses me most is how much they continue to offer exceptional customer service even after you purchase a vehicle from them! The 30 minute drive each way is time well spent for me knowing that I am going to receive such great customer service and honesty about what my van needs!!
