I was at Generation Kia and Smithtown Kia as wel After visiting a few dealerships I was tired of the same old sales “tactics” all stress and pressure. I was at Generation Kia and Smithtown Kia as well, and was treated horribly by in-experienced sales people and management. Then after looking at dealer rater reviews at Kia of Huntington I choose John Kraft! I made an appointment with John Kraft and the only day I could come in was on John Kraft’s day off and he said over the phone that he will gladly come in on his day off and he said he would be more than happy to help!! WoW!! When we got there he was so pleasant. Almost like I was talking to an old friend that I have not seen in awhile. I told him the car I wanted - the trim level, color, and what I was comfortable putting down and at that point he shook my hand and said “I’ll gladly accept that deal!! I know that you’ve been thru agony going to those other dealerships. So let’s do it”!!!! WoW! Again he said “ I’ll have you out of here in 60-90 minutes “!! the paperwork and the process was amazingly quick and smooth! While I was there he said he already sold one even before I got there, then my car, then as I was finishing with the banker he sold another one! WoW!!! Again! I said wow so you sold 3- cars on your day off and very causally he said “yes and I was happy to help people out” I highly recommend Kia of Huntington and please ask for John Kraft!!! More
