He was able to get the colors we wanted. The finance department had everything ready for us. They did not push us to get all the extra stuff at the end like other dealers do and then the monthly payment goes way up! Would definitely recommend Huntington Kia if your looking for a new car. Quality Deals and Treatment I had looked into the 2019 KIA Forte and had seen the ratings especially for its value were excellent. After spending a few of my recent weekends I had looked into the 2019 KIA Forte and had seen the ratings especially for its value were excellent. After spending a few of my recent weekends at a few other dealerships where people I knew knew somebody, feeling pressured and defeated, I called in for a test drive. I met with John Kraft who very friendly, and took the time to show me how everything worked in the car before putting the car in drive. The car ran smooth, and features such as apple/android car play, google maps and blue tooth are included. A sizeable screen in the interior as well. I went over and negotiated numbers with John, which took some time, however I did not feel judged or devalued for proposing a price. We landed on agreeable numbers. I really felt the Forte was my favorite car out of all the cars I test drove these past few weeks. I signed a lease on it yesterday. My car was presented with a big pink bow, which I thought was a great touch (I don’t want to admit it, but yeah, I almost cried happy tears seeing my car for the first time). We even took a picture in front of the car exchanging the key. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dealership. All along John’s desk and wall are awards for top rated sales person, and it shows. I appreciate that as someone who walked in by themself leasing for the first time, that I was treated with respect and professionalism. Thank you again! More

Useless and uncooperative Service Department I attempted to have some keys made & programmed for my new-to-me 2018 Kia. I also wanted to use this opportunity to establish myself as a customer fo I attempted to have some keys made & programmed for my new-to-me 2018 Kia. I also wanted to use this opportunity to establish myself as a customer for the long-term service and maintenance of my car. The keys were to be paid for by credit card over the phone by an office of the dealer that sold me the car (this was already approved). Huntington Kia Service was not interested in this transaction. They wanted me to come there, order the keys from their Parts department, pay for them in full, then make an appointment with Service after the keys arrived in Parts. I was also expected to pay for the Service visit. I used to work in the car business for a living and have done so in 3 states. I never heard of a store making a customer buy his own parts first for something as common and basic as keys for a recent model year car. Also, I originally made and appointment on the dealership website and was never called. When I called Huntington Service about the status of the appointment, they said that they never received it. I understand that this is possible, but they never even demonstrated the basic courtesy of apologizing for their website not working correctly etc. Huntington put in ZERO effort in helping me with my car. The first person we met was Salvatore and the experience with him was perfection. He worked with us and our budget, explained everything in great detail, and was transparent about the whole process. There were no gimmicks, and no shady sales tactics. Salvatore is truly genuine and fun to work with. We had a lease deal for the exact car we wanted in under a half hour! Picking up the car was also a breeze. The finance department had all the paperwork ready to go, and everything was explained and signed in about 15 minutes. Salvatore took the time to sit with me in the car and explain all the features and the buttons, and gave advice on how I could personalize the features to work for me. Between the dealership and Salvatore, everything was done professionally but also personably. Kia of Huntington and Salvatore made this car experience pleasurable and hassle-free!!! We’ll be back! More

Doesn’t treat customers correctly! Bought a Audi Q5 and was only given 1 key for my vehicle.. before I bought the Audi I was promised an additional key. After I went back to the dealers Bought a Audi Q5 and was only given 1 key for my vehicle.. before I bought the Audi I was promised an additional key. After I went back to the dealership to inquire about the second key I was told I had to spend $450 for an additional key even though I was promised one before I bought the vehicle . I called corporate to make a complaint and the only thing they did was have the sales manager tell me that they made $10,000 off the purchase of the vehicle I bought. If I knew that they would only worry about getting rid of the vehicle I would not have purchased it and get the run around and still no extra key or no solution. I would not ever go back there to purchase anything or send anyone there! I’m telling all my friends on my social media not to go there and to tell all their friends! More
