When I thought about mayb I had a great experience working with Jeff! He found the car I wanted and allowed me the time I needed to make the purchase. When I thought about maybe getting another car, used, he let me look at it without insisting on the first one which was new. He was patient and not pushy and I would highly recommend working with him. I was less thrilled with the finance manager. But it was a typical experience, more of what I’m used to. I left and came back to paying a much higher down payment than what I was told. No matter the amount, I should have been informed upfront. More

Once we got to Steve, he explained every single piece of paper that we had to sign, so there was no question or confusion about what you were signing. If you had any questions about what Steve was explaining, he took his time and answered you.
