Can you say seemless? We came to the dealership to view a new car that we had been searching for and wind up driving that same exact car home last year!!! We were there for quite some time and he was quick to address our needs, even having cold bottles of water at his desk. I would recommend him to anyone because his professionalism was second to none. Our last encounter was with Anthony Macca and his fast finger work and willingness to retain us as a customer helped to seal the DEAL!!! Great Experience For starters i was a little bit nervous to try and shop around because of the ensuing pandemic but they were only doing appointments. You could not enter the dealership unless you had one and only two people were allowed at a time. Had the pleasure of working with David who was absolutely phenomenal. He was very kind, funny, and knowledgeable on the Kia Forte i was interested in. After the test drive, the Application process took maybe 20 mins to fill out and after that we started talking over the options i had. My mother who prefers to speak in sometimes had some questions but was not really understanding the process so at that point David had asked his coworker Ziggy for assistance explaining everything to my mother. Ziggy was also very nice and professional. Both were very patient with myself and my mother. The entire staff was great to say the least, George who is the sales manager if I am not mistaken was also nice and we struck up conversation about a completely different interest. I never felt pressured or pushed to sign anything i did not feel comfortable signing. I would highly recommend speaking to any of their sales people, all of them were kind, courteous , and professional. Overall very great experience and i am happy to be the owner of a Brand New Kia Forte Gt! More
