I had three cars I was interested in buying. I contacted the dealer online and was told someone would get back to me right away. After several hours with no response, I emailed my contact and ne I contacted the dealer online and was told someone would get back to me right away. After several hours with no response, I emailed my contact and never got a response. I contacted another dealer that afternoon and they contacted me by email and text within 15 minutes. I bought my car there next day. I still haven't heard from Kia of Frisco. More

This place is a joke. Sent an email this morning about the availability of a used car. Was assured they had it and I made an appointment 45 minutes from the phone call. Drove 50 miles round trip and arrived on time for the appointment. Waited a few minutes and then was told the car wasn't there. No one took the time or consideration to tell me the car had been sold. I suspect that is was sold days before. The car is still up on their site too. They even have a sign in the lobby highlighting recognition for their great customer service. They just wanted to get me in the door to try sell me another car. Walked out the door and will never go back for a new or used car. There are lots of options in the Dallas market to buy a car so go somewhere else to buy. More

Contract came back with dealer installed items (ie Perm Plate $899,LoJac $899 and Tint $499) bringing total before taxes and doc.fees of $38607.00. The dealership had added these items, prior to contact but did not included in advertised price.This is deceptive advertising. Stay away!. More

I was told by the financial department that I didn't know how to work my email when I asked for my paperwork for my kia. I was promised a free car wash for a month and a free gas tank fill up and I never rec how to work my email when I asked for my paperwork for my kia. I was promised a free car wash for a month and a free gas tank fill up and I never received neither. This kia dealership is very slow when it comes to buying a car or service. I was at the dealership for 8 hours just to buy a new car. I was charged $9,000 over msrp with all these add on like an app the turns on the car. More

Called to get my deposit back. The operator, Shirley, wouldn't transfer the call to a manager. Then started pretending that she couldn't hear me and hung up. It's been fifteen days and they still haven't refunded my money. I left a review on another site and the manager who responded won't return by emails or calls. Don't give them any of your hard earned money. There are many reviews on Yelp and other sites where people are hard time getting their refundable money back. More
