Wow, the experience at Kia of Fargo versus other local dealerships is far above and beyond, in the best way. I worked with Jean and he was so incredibly helpful with us wanting to test drive close to a dozen vehicles before deciding which was the right make/model for our family. Jean didn’t bat an eye at it and was very knowledgeable about the different trim versions and car makes/models facts related to each vehicle. We couldn’t have asked for a better sales rep. We ended up going with a different dealership just based on the car we wanted, but wish we could have given them business because Jean and his manager were the best. Not pushy, just easy to talk to and wanted the best for our family even if it wasn’t with them. Would highly recommend. More
