We have abandoned Kia of Shoreline Service Dept, with 7 oil changes paid for, to come back to you. Nadia and the Service team took us back and made it right. You saved us money and worry. My wife and I both have Kia Souls and will continue to buy Kia, and we will continue to come to Kia of Everett for service. 84k miles and hoping to get to 120k before looking to upgrade; won't be able to do that without the Service Team there.
