I was told by Morgan that I would receive a call, but he only emailed me, which I didn't have readily access to my email. Upon pickup of my car, he told me they were too busy to vacuum out my car (a typical only emailed me, which I didn't have readily access to my email. Upon pickup of my car, he told me they were too busy to vacuum out my car (a typical courtesy service), plus I would rather have had my car washed instead of simply being given a car wash certificate. I had previous obligations after picking up my car and didn't have time to go through your car wash. So in order to use the free certificate requires me to drive 20-25 minutes to your dealership. Whenever I have had car work done at a dealership, I have always received the complimentary car wash and vacuum. With this latest appt. at Kia Everett, not receiving this--and being told they were too busy--was extremely disappointing. I'm considering finding a dealership closer to my house for future repairs. More
