I was excited to come in, everyone was so friendly on the phone and in the past, however looking retrospectively I am extremely disappointed. I feel lied to and deceived as a customer and as though my inexpe phone and in the past, however looking retrospectively I am extremely disappointed. I feel lied to and deceived as a customer and as though my inexperience with auto maintenance/repairs was being preyed upon. I went in initially for a free recall related service and ended up leaving nearly $800 in the hole. They performed an oil change which I did not consent to and used fear mongering regarding "failures in my vehicles integrity and/or safety" to sell me new parts at over 3 times the cost that a normal automotive servicer might (I called my normal guy immediately after my poor experience at Kia of Everett). And the worst part is everyone at Kia was smiling so genuinely and I truly believed they had my best interests at heart when really I was just a foolish piggybank they could empty on their every whim. More

The testing for the recall was fine but at that time I found out that previous service from a month prior was signed off by a technician but never completed. I am very dissatisfied that the technician was found out that previous service from a month prior was signed off by a technician but never completed. Husband bought bumper to bumper coverage. When I brought car in for Tim repair. Was told was covered at time of booking. Dropped off at night next morning was called to be told it would Cost When I brought car in for Tim repair. Was told was covered at time of booking. The reason husband bought rim and tire package as well, completely bummed not being truthful// blamed it on “denial of insurance” since it wasn’t cracked.. should of led with that at time of sales ..
