Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We understand how important your vehicle is to your family, and we’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your recent experience. After reviewing the technician’s notes from your visit, we’d like to clarify that the issues found during the diagnostic were already present when the vehicle arrived. Our technician scanned the vehicle and found several trouble codes, including P0430, P2106, P2110, P0638, and P061. These codes indicated a loss of power, which was confirmed during the test drive. Upon further inspection, we found that the catalytic converters were clogged—this can significantly impact engine performance and drivability. We also noted the possibility of oil consumption from the engine, which may point to more serious internal failures. We did not perform any repairs or adjustments to the vehicle outside of the diagnostic inspection that was authorized. No actions taken by our team could have caused further damage to your vehicle. Our goal is always to provide accurate information so that you can make the best decision for your vehicle and your family.
