Everything was great starting from the initial call to figure out what the service department guys could do, then dropping off my car was super quick and easy. The guy named Tom Hopkins? was 100% the ONL figure out what the service department guys could do, then dropping off my car was super quick and easy. The guy named Tom Hopkins? was 100% the ONLY person that spoke to me, acknowledged my existence and didn’t treat me like a fool. The rest of the entire service department gave me dirty looks and were not friendly in the slightest. Just because you’re mechanics doesn’t make you less human and if it does, ya’ll need to find other careers. More

35 days after my used car left the lot, the engine light came on. The issue was not covered by the $2500 extended warranty I purchased. After conflicting quotes and ways to fix the car, we had the issue fix came on. The issue was not covered by the $2500 extended warranty I purchased. After conflicting quotes and ways to fix the car, we had the issue fixed somewhere else. My favorite part of the 3 day nightmare was when I asked the manager to agree they sold me a lemon. He told me to make lemonade and laughed. I didn't find him funny. 35 days and wouldn't help make it right. Not going back. The sad part is that two of my cars are paid off and will need replaced sometime in the future. Not giving Kia of Dayron my business. More
